Morrell Group is a privately owned company who owned their corporate headquarters in Auburn Hills. The company was experiencing tremendous growth with the need for additional warehousing space at their headquarters.

The 68,100 SF headquarters and production facility was expanded by 9,000 SF as part of a long-term sale leaseback in which proceeds were used for the cost of the expansion as well as the allocating the remaining funds towards shareholder debts.
